To obtain any editable file of any project created under CesarGraphics is subject to a release fee in the amount of $395 per design or file plus tax.
The release fee must be paid in full before receiving any files. Once the fee is paid in full the file will be delivered via email or the client may provide a USB drive to download file.
CesarGraphics is not responsible for any damages, errors, missing links or fonts, or unavailability to open files once they leave the system.
CesarGraphics reserved the right to not provide original purchased fonts, stock images, or links that belong to CesarGraphics. Client must purchase those items separately at an additional fee.
